Not a church, a praying band
The Praying Band is a non-profit, non-denominational Christian organisation founded in Nigeria on 24 May 1957. We believe the Bible is the word of God, we believe in the Holy Trinity, and we believe in salvation through the sacrifice and mediation of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Through prayer and fasting we seek to bring all mankind under the umbrella of Christ's grace, helping members become true Christians with faith in God and confidence in themselves.

A fellowship rooted in prayer and love
On behalf of the leadership and members of the All Christian Practical Praying Band, Overseas Region 2, I warmly welcome you. Our fellowship is a place of prayer, love and practical Christianity, where every person is encouraged to draw nearer to God and grow in His Word.
Across our chapels in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, we remain united in faith and service, trusting the Holy Spirit to guide our work. Whether you are visiting for the first time or seeking a fellowship to call home, we invite you to join us as we pray, worship and serve together.
